This Privacy Policy explains how the AeroMentor Institute mobile application ("AeroMentor", "the app", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information. AeroMentor is a DGCA exam-preparation app for aviation students in India. By creating an account and using the app, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the app:

• Account information: your email address, your name, and a securely hashed password, provided when you register or sign in.
• Learning activity: your progress, question attempts, mastery records, and test results, so the app can save and display your performance.
• Error reports: if you flag a question, the flagged question and any note you add.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, advertising identifiers, or device files.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to: create and secure your account; save and display your study progress and test results; provide access to the subjects assigned to you; respond to error reports and support requests; and send account-related emails such as sign-up confirmation and password reset.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely with our backend provider, Supabase, on servers located in the Singapore region. Access is protected by row-level security so that you can only access your own records. The app does not store your personal data on your device except for a secure authentication token used to keep you signed in. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services strictly to operate the app:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and storage.
• Resend — sending account-related emails (confirmation, password reset).
• Google Play — app distribution.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing. The app contains no third-party advertising and no analytics tracking of your personal identity.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account and learning data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at the address below. We will delete your data within a reasonable period of receiving your request.

Children's Privacy

AeroMentor is intended for aviation students preparing for professional pilot licensing and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
